ENGLISH – Delete your Enduro School account
In the app
Go to Profile > Delete account. This deletes your account and all associated data (profile, bikes, service and sag logs, rides, laps, training programs, AI coach history, posts, comments, lesson progress, event registrations, notifications) immediately and permanently.
Without the app
Email support@enduroschool.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data we may keep
Purchase records may be kept up to 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.
Important: subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings.

Gå till Profil > Radera konto. Då raderas ditt konto och all tillhörande data (profil, motorcyklar, service- och sagloggar, körningar, varv, träningsprogram, AI-coachhistorik, inlägg, kommentarer, lektionsframsteg, eventanmälningar, notiser) direkt och permanent.
Utan appen
Mejla support@enduroschool.com från e-postadressen som är kopplad till ditt konto med ämnesraden "Delete my account". Vi raderar kontot och dina uppgifter inom 30 dagar och bekräftar via e-post.
Uppgifter vi kan spara
Köpunderlag kan sparas i upp till 7 år enligt bokföringslagen.
Viktigt: prenumerationer
Att radera kontot avslutar inte en prenumeration i App Store eller Google Play. Avsluta den i prenumerationsinställningarna i App Store/Google Play.
